Uppityshirts.com will not sell, rent or abuse any of the personal information you provide us with, and assures you of the security of your credit card information.

Return Policy
All Uppityshirts are 100% guaranteed. If you are not satisfied for any reason, your Uppityshirt(s) can be returned (unworn and undamaged of course) with all tags attached, within fifteen (15) days of purchase. Please include your original receipt, and your contact information including name, address, phone number, e-mail as well as preferred reimbursement method.

If you would like to exchange your Uppityshirt for a different size, please include $5 for shipping and we’ll be happy to send you one that fits perfectly. However, we do not reimburse any additional shipping costs you may incur.

Questioning the Integrity of the Execution: We do our best to have all of our Uppityshirts in stock, and to ship out your order within 24 hours. If we don't or can't, we'll notify you by email with a completely believable excuse.
