I have a great idea for a t-shirt - if I tell you what it is and you like it, will you print it and split the profits with me?

Uppityshirts are all original, limited-edition, exclusive (kind of) works of artitude - unfortunately we don't take unsolicited ideas. There is, however, a great t-shirt website called Threadless.com that does. In fact, it's their business model - and it's been very successful. Check them out.

I need size - why don't you have XXL and XXXL?

We will. Right now we have a limited inventory but are adding new Uppityshirts and more sizes every day. Stay tuned.

I'm a smart person, but what happens if my Uppityshirt doesn’t fit me to a tee, as promised?

You might need to go back to school. Seriously, please see our returns policy page; you can return any unworn, undamaged t-shirt that still has all the tags attached for a full refund or exchange.

How did you get into the t-shirt business?

Literally bumping into the wrong people. On 22 January 2007, I happened to go to lunch at Clark's Dairy in New Haven, Connecticut. (See About Us for the rest of the story.)

What if I order more than one Uppityshirt- is the shipping still the same price?

Yes, shipping is always $5 in the U.S., $10 outside of U.S., no matter how many Uppityshirts you order.
